administrative law, Indian gaming and entertainment, civil
litigation, business litigation, serious personal injury
matters, government relations and land use planning. They

secured many multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements,
including a $35 million trial verdict against the State of
California and a recent precedent-setting decision in the
