Lindsay Lohan Celebrity Under-aged Drinking Places Club's Liquor License at Risk

Night clubs in Los Angeles are accused of trying to boost their image with A-list celebrity guests, sometimes even with stars who are too young to drink according to The Associated Press article: Age of Clientele a Celeb Club Conundrum by John Rogers.

Lindsay Lohan, actress, 20 years old, under-aged drinking, or Jesse McCartney, or other minor or minors for purposes of drinking alcohol in California, cannot, according to the State of California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control ABC, buy or be provided or drink or consume alcohol at a licensed premises, like a Bar, Nightclub, Dance Hall  or restaurantFake i.d., identification that does not belong to the holder, altered State of California i.d. or identification or drivers license or licenses are not acceptable according to the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control ABC.

 The ABC is enforcing such laws rules and regulations in California in Hollywood on Hollywood Boulevard, Sunset Boulevard, Highland, Melrose, in Los Angeles and Santa Monica and West Hollywood.

Celebrity or Celebrities like Lohan or McCartney or other famous or powerful people if a minor or minors or under 21 years of age are not allowed to drink or be or become intoxicated or become obviously intoxicated or cause or contribute to disorderly house or drive while drinking or while intoxicated or inebriated

California laws rules and regulations about alcohol prohibit or prohibiting such behavior.
