McCartney, or other minor or minors for purposes of drinking
alcohol in California, cannot, according to the State of California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control
ABC, buy or be provided or drink or consume alcohol at a licensed
premises, like a Bar, Nightclub, Dance Hall or restaurant. Fake
i.d., identification that does not belong to the holder, altered State of California
i.d. or identification or drivers license or licenses are not acceptable according to the
Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control ABC.

The ABC is enforcing such laws
rules and regulations in California in Hollywood on Hollywood
